PROVEN SUCCESS

The Numbers Don’t Lie

Thomas L. Redditt, Sr. laid the foundation for what is now Tom Redditt Foodservice Solutions back in 1949. Initially starting as a manufacturer’s representative in 1946, he dealt in a wide range of products from cast iron cookware to mud flaps. However, after attending the first-ever National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago in May 1949, he realized the potential in exclusively focusing on the foodservice sector. This led to the establishment of Tom Redditt Sales Agency later that year. Fast forward to 2019, the agency rebranded as Tom Redditt Foodservice Solutions, continuing the original vision of providing maximum value to channel partners in the foodservice industry, a vision set by Tom Redditt Sr. over 70 years ago.

Nelly joined the Tom Redditt Foodservice Solutions team in September of 1998. Being with the company for 19 years, Nelly assists with customer service and inside sales. She also handles the sales and commissions.

I work in the Arizona office at Tom Redditt Foodservice Solutions, supporting both inside and outside sales alongside Rob and Teresa. My background includes building strong client relationships, managing projects, and creating effective sales strategies. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University (May 2012) and previously worked in operations with the Fox Restaurant Group. I’m excited to be part of the TRFS team and look forward to contributing to our continued success.

Robert Araux

He currently resides in Phoenix, AZ where he was born and raised. Rob’s restaurant career started in High School working at The Old Spaghetti Factory; it was then he was certain that he wanted to be in the restaurant industry. He obtained his culinary degree from Scottsdale Culinary Institute. Being in the BOH for about 2 years he then transitioned to FOH which he began bartending. His curiosity for beer, wine and spirits proceed him to obtain his level 1 sommelier certificate. Rob’s last 6 years of the 21 years in the restaurant industry have been enjoying and pursuing the detail of fine dining. He’s now excited to grow, evolve ,and use his experience with TRFS.

Ali Perez has been in the foodservice industry for 31 years 18 of which have been here at TRFS. Ali is responsible for various customer service inquiries and needs.

Bruce McAdow

Bruce has been with Tom Redditt Foodservice Solutions for 20 years. He is a master certified electrician and has extensive knowledge and experience installing and marketing commercial kitchen equipment.

Darcy Redditt

She started working for Tom Redditt Foodservice Solutions soon after graduating from college and has been with the company for over 25 years. Starting out in customer service, she moved to bid specialist and is now in sales and HR.

Jason Clarke

Jason started in the industry working as a foodservice equipment dealer developing engineering design and project coordination details. Soon afterwards he found his calling as a foodservice consultant working primarily in the hospitality and healthcare industry. He then shifted his passion in the foodservice industry in Colorado and the mountain state region working as territory sales and consulting for a combined 20 years in the industry.

Ken King

Ken is a 30+ year veteran of the Foodservice Industry. He owned and operated “Foodservice Consulting & Design”, creating, designing and building over 75 restaurants for clients. He serves TRFS as the New Mexico and El Paso, Texas Sales Representative.

Lance Redditt

Lance is the principal of TRFS. He has been in the foodservice industry for over 25 years as a manufacturer’s representative. Lance is extremely honored to carry on the business that his grandfather started and his father ran and managed for many years.

Nelly Perez

Ross McAdow

Prior to joining TRFS, Ross spent 5 plus years with Cabela’s in inventory & planning and merchandising roles in Sidney, Nebraska. Ross is eager to learn as much as he can about the food service industry.

Teresa Piotrowicz

Teresa began her career with Tom Redditt Foodservice Solutions in 1992. Her primary role is managing customer service needs in Arizona, including all orders and bid requests.

Tim Rock

Tim has been in the food service industry for 30 years. Tim has held several positions in the F&B industry. Being at TRSF allows him to continue to cultivate relationships with the great people of the industry while expanding his knowledge overall.
