Kalen Pereida-Rice

I work in the Arizona office at Tom Redditt Foodservice Solutions, supporting both inside and outside sales alongside Bob and Teresa. My background includes building strong client relationships, managing projects, and creating effective sales strategies. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University (May 2012) and previously worked in operations with the Fox Restaurant Group. I’m excited to be part of the TRFS team and look forward to contributing to our continued success.

Robert Araux

I was born and raised in Phoenix, and I have one sibling. I landed my first restaurant job at the Old Spaghetti Factory in high school and from there on out I was pretty sure I wanted to be in restaurants. Right out of high school I went to Scottsdale Culinary Institute and obtained my culinary degree. I remained in BOH for about 2 years then transitioned to FOH. From there I began bartending and had a real curiosity for beer, wine and spirits and proceeded to obtain my level 1 sommelier certificate and did beverage training for my company. Eventually I realized I enjoyed the detail of fine dining and pursued fine dining restaurants which is where I’ve spent most of the last 6 years for a total of about 21 years restaurant experience. I am incredibly excited to continue to grow and evolve with TRFS!

Jake Thomas

Jake grew up in New Hampshire, where he graduated from Plymouth State University with a degree in Management. In 2019 he moved to Golden, CO where he currently resides, working out of the Denver office. Jake was previously a sales manager at a popular Colorado brewery before making the transition to Tom Redditt. Jake is eager to further his knowledge and build on his relationships in the foodservice industry.

Ali Perez

Ali Perez has been in the foodservice industry for 31 years 18 of which have been here at TRFS. Ali is responsible for various customer service inquiries and needs.

Bruce McAdow

Bruce has been with Tom Redditt Foodservice Solutions for 20 years. He is a master certified electrician and has extensive knowledge and experience installing and marketing commercial kitchen equipment.

Darcy Redditt

She started working for Tom Redditt Foodservice Solutions soon after graduating from college and has been with the company for over 25 years. Starting out in customer service, she moved to bid specialist and is now in sales and HR.

Jason Clarke

Started in the industry working as a foodservice equipment dealer developing engineering design and project coordination details. Soon afterwards found my calling as a foodservice consultant formerly with William Caruso and Systems Design International primarily in the hospitality and healthcare industry. Then shifted my passion working in foodservice in territory sales and consulting locally in Colorado and the mountain state region for a combined 20 years in the industry. 

Ken King

Ken is a 30+ year veteran of the Foodservice Industry. He owned and operated “Foodservice Consulting & Design”, creating, designing and building over 75 restaurants for clients. He serves TRFS as the New Mexico and El Paso, Texas Sales Representative.

Lance Redditt

Lance is the principal of TRFS. He has been in the foodservice industry for over 25 years as a manufacturer’s representative. Lance is extremely honored to carry on the business that his grandfather started and his father ran and managed for many years.

Nelly Perez

Nelly joined the Tom Redditt Foodservice Solutions team in September of 1998. Being with the company for 19 years, Nelly assists with customer service and inside sales. She also handles the sales and commissions.

Ross McAdow

Prior to joining TRFS, Ross spent 5 plus years with Cabela’s in inventory & planning and merchandising roles in Sidney, Nebraska. Ross is eager to learn as much as he can about the food service industry.
